Silvia Peckham is a Colorado native who has loved the theater since childhood. She recently returned to the state from serving in the Navy, and is excited to be getting involved in the acting community again. She has previously worked on many shows with Longmont Theater Company, and Taste of Shakespeare.
After 10 years in promotions, marketing and business management in a variety of industries, Sami Jo Lien stumbled into the world of publicity in 2011 and has found a tremendous joy in connecting individuals all over the map to their own passions and pursuits. Through her publicity and management company Roger Charlie, she provides professional guidance and coordinates national tours.
Linnea Wolniewicz first became interested in theatre after growing up with her favorite show, The Phantom of The Opera, and performing in multiple Shakespeare groups. She has performed in multiple shows, most notably Adriana in The Comedy of Errors, Rosalind in As You Like It, and Kaliope/Kelly in She Kills Monsters. She is very excited to be performing for you, and hopes you enjoy the show!.
McKynzie Clark did her first show when she was 9 years and has since fallen in love with the stage. As of today, she’s been in 15 shows and stage managed/assistant directed 3 musicals. In the fall, she will be student directing & performing the role of Kitty in The Drowsy Chaperone. Outside of theater, she loves to snowboard and dabbles in contortionism.
Christian Brennan was blatantly bribed into joining this endeavor with the promise of playing with swords. Then he was thrown into the deep end with the sharks. As an acting newcomer, he asks that you be gentle.
Born in California, raised in Wisconsin, Dave Carpenter moved to Colorado over 10 years ago. He's a teacher, published author, stand-up comedian, and unapologetic lover of all things nerdy.
Sean Ryan has spent almost half of his adult life in Asia, where he performed in a variety of productions with the Monkeyfinger Shakespeare Company and with the Jakarta Players in Indonesia. His roles include the Porter in Macbeth, Polonius in "Hamlet", and Pozzo in "Waiting for Godot." His “American debut” was in the Greeley Stampede Troupe production of Tennessee Williams’ "Summer and Smoke". He has also performed in two plays with the Greeley Garage Sale Theater.
Katie Huff recently graduated high school and is studying history at Colorado State University. She is excited to be a part of this show. She would like to thank her parents, Cal, and the FLEX express transit system for making it all possible.
Esri Allbritten is the author of "Chihuahua of the Baskervilles," "The Portrait of Doreene Gray," and "Critter from the Black Lagoon." These books are the Tripping Magazine mystery series, which falls somewhere between Agatha Christie and Carl Hiaasen (granted, that’s a lot of territory). Esri is a master of writing dazzling and humorous characters.

Anita Lee is excited to be participating in Comedy Con. Vinny Thomas has been doing improv in Denver for about two years. Past groups include Law & Disorder, The Vision and Artisanal Humor. He’s co-hosted Voodoo Comedy playhouse’s first “Laugh with Pride” event and has recently been cast in Spotlight Theatre’s production of Buyer and Cellar. Vinny Joined the MSU Denver Laughs squad at the end of its first season. Some of his hobbies include: bird watching, sobbing into pasta, and avoiding vigorous exercise.
Janet Smith is an award-winning costume designer with 50 years of experience. Holding degrees in Apparel Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology in Manhattan and Theatrical Design from UNC in Colorado, Janet has designed everything from classical Shakespeare plays (Hamlet and King Lear) to musicals like No, No, Nannette, and wacky cosplay such as Uncle Deadly from the Muppets and Captain Jack Sparrow and Hector Barbossa from Pirates of the Caribbean. We are lucky to have her.
Richard Wagner is about bringing humor to the world. He performs nationally and his act focuses on having lots of laughter with a warm atmosphere, leaving people happy that they came to the show.
In January of 1980, Dave Kelley auditioned at the Comedy Strip in Fort Lauderdale, FL and within 6 months became emcee. He made the move to New York City where he performed at all the major clubs including The Improv, Catch a Rising Star, The Bottom Line, and Dangerfield's. While doing mostly clean comedy, Dave was an extra twice on the popular soap opera One Life to Live and sat in for one of the regular jokesters on the Howard Stern Show.
Steve Hytner received critical acclaim for his portrayal of Kenny Bania on the long running hit “Seinfeld”. His other works include “Modern Family”, “Hung”, “Mike and Molly”, “Two and a Half Men”, “Curb your Enthusiasm”, “CSI”, “CSI New York”, “Boston Legal”, “Friends”, “Roswell”, “King of Queens” and many, many more.
He started his feature career in the film “Ski Patrol” and went on to co-star in such films as “In the Line of Fire” with Clint Eastwood, “Forces of Nature” with Ben Affleck and Sandra Bullock, “The Marrying Man” with Alec Baldwin, “Eurotrip”, “Love Stinks”, “Charlie’s Angels: Full Throttle”, “The Haunted Mansion”, “The Prophecy” trilogy of films, to name a few.
Terry Kroenung won writing awards for his fantasy novels (1st place, Colorado Gold Contest; Bronze Medal, Independent Publishers Book Awards). Honestly. Would he lie? He has also played William Shakespeare at the Colorado Renaissance Festival and recorded all 154 of the Bard’s sonnets in character on the Mr. Shakespeare Reads YouTube channel (a first: no one else has ever been crazy enough to try). As a fight arranger, he has choreographed nearly every major swashbuckling play, from Romeo and Juliet, Hamlet, and Macbeth to The Three Musketeers, Treasure Island, and Peter Pan. Eugene Kenny, a regular at Comedy Works, has been touring the nation performing his stand-up for over 25 years.
He's been featured on BET's ComicView, and has opened for a variety of shows including Dave Chapelle, Larry the Cable Guy, Joe Rogan, Bobby Collins and Doug Benson.
Nate Brown is a hometown Greeleyite who has spent the last 6 years honing his skills at stand-up comedy all around the state. He advanced in the Denver Comedy Works New Faces Contest in 2014 and 2016. He has opened for the likes of Todd Barry (star of FX show "Louie" and Academy-Award-nominated film "The Wrestler"). Christine Lederman performed in comedy clubs such as The Punch Line, The Comedy Store, and Comedy Works. She has appeared as a recurring character on "The Tonight Show" with Jay Leno. She was a staff writer with DreamWorks/ Imagine Entertainment and a performing member of The Groundlings Sunday Company. Currently the host of "Lederman Live" on Pirate radio 93.5 in Fort Collins, she continues her standup and her voice can be heard in numerous commercials.
Marisa Volino is an illustration student at CU Denver and Children’s library technician at Longmont Public Library. She has been an actor and stage fighter for Terry Kroenung for 7 years. She has a passion for anime, swordplay, and fantasy. Her favorite type of comedy is improv.
MSU Denver Laughs is a student run improv comedy show at Metro State University Denver. They find the brightest up and coming improv actors and give them a space to play around. They film their shows and broadcast on Comcast Denver Channel 58 every Wednesday night at 6:00pm.

Bob Gaudet, seasoned veteran of the Colorado comedy scene, is the host of Hodi's Half Note Comedy Open Mike. A mentor to younger comedians and a riot himself, Bob brings a refined and Carlinesque style to the stage.
Excited to perform at Comedy Con, Peyton Tajchman is a sophomore at Niwot High School and has been acting since first grade. Last spring, she played the secondary role of Tilly in the school play, She Kills Monsters. In her free time, she enjoys reading, riding bikes, and learning sign language.

Rosa Mariposa opened for Faizon Love in a roast of his promoter at the Denver Improv. At age 6, she was in a Spanish opera that toured New Mexico. With education in Music Theater at Colorado State University and Adams State College she has been doing shows at the Denver Improv as well as the downtown Denver Comedy Works and Comedy Works South.
